어제 점심 때 식사 도중에, unresponsiveness, 식판을 긁거나, 귀를 만지는 행동을 보였다.(목격자에 의하면 10~15분 정도 지속되었다고 함)
말을 시키면 말을 하지 않고 한다. 오늘도 비슷한 일이 있었다. 식사 이후에 멍하게 있으면서 손을 만지작거리는 automatic behaviours (duration: 10-15분). 본인은 당시 상황이 기억나지 않는다고 한다.(amnesia) 밥먹다가 정신차리니 시간이 지나있었다. aura (-)
최근 6개월 전부터 기억력이 많이 떨어진다.

8wks	complex partial seizure(CPS)는 이후에 없었다고 함	투약 유지
8wks	2주 전부터 CPS 증상이 간헐적으로 있다. 짧게 거의 매일 있었던 것 같다. 어제도 CPS 의심증상(멍- 하는) 강의 중에 한 차례 있었다. 약을 수개월 동안 임의로 끊었었다. 최근 스트레스를 많이 받았다. After contrast infusion, no abnormally enhancing lesion is seen.

symmetric high SIs at the bilateral basal ganglia (globus pallidum) on T2WI with low SI on T1WI → non-specific high SIs
no abnormal SI and volume at the bilateral medial temporal lobes.

brain MRI: bilateral BG 상 T2 higj signal ADC high signal 보이나 Flair 에는 보이지 않는 양상 보임

P/I	2021/11월 경부터 밤에 잠을 잘 때 1달에 1번 발생하는 convulsive movement 증상 악화로 내원함 2021/11월경 자다가 왼쪽 얼굴이 씰룩거리는 듯한 이상한 느낌이들어 깨어나는 증상 발생한 뒤로 심할 때는 왼쪽 팔, 다리 마비되는 듯한 느낌으로 깨어났고, 이후 본인이다시 잠이 드는 건지 정신을 잃는 건지는 정확하지 않으나 자고 일어난다고 하며, 배우자 진술로는 clonic movement 소견은 동반되지 않는다고 함 심할 때는 깨어난 뒤 온몸이 마비된 듯한 느낌이 든다고 하며, 특히 왼쪽이 심하고 말이 나오지 않으며, 침을 흘릴 때가 있다고 하나 eyeball deviation, head deviation에 대해서는 정확히 알 수 없다고 함 2021/11월부터 결혼 전 스트레스 심했다고 하며, 최근 결혼 후 환경 변화 및 대학원 입학해, 수업을 받으며 피로가 심해져 최근 1달간은 1주일에 1번 발생했고, 1회 urination 동반된 적 있었다고 함 Convulsive movement description Aura: none ictal symptom Nature: Lt. side tonic movement ? generalized tonic movement?
