세포독성항암제 (alkylating agents)

임상적으로 유용한 주요 알킬화약(alkylating agent)은 구조적으로 bis (chlo-roethyl) amine, ethyleneimine 또는 nitrosourea부분(moiety)을 포함하고 있고 각각 다른 그룹으로 분류된다.
