개요
- 생명을 위협하는 자가면역 점막피부 질환
- 병인: adhesion molecule 중 점막에 존재하는 Desmoglein 3가 pemphigus antigen으로 알려져 있으며 이에 대한 immune reaction으로 발생
임상양상
- 가장 흔히 구강 침범
- 구강내 병변은 통증이 심한 미란 병변이 수포를 형성하고 이어서 터지면서 궤양 형성 → 궤양은 빠르게 상처를 남기지 않고 치유되지만 주위에 새로운 병변이 다시 발생하는 경과를 보임

진단: 조직학적으로 epithelium을 덮고 있는 basal layer가 분리되거나 절단되는 것이 관찰
치료
- systemic immunosuppresion with prednisolone and nonsteroidal agents
- cyclophophamide with plasmaphresis
- IV rituximab
