폐기능검사란?

환자의 폐기능을 정확히 평가하고 호흡기 질환의 진단과 중등도 판정, 그리고 경과 관찰 및 치료를 판정하는 데 사용하는 중요한 검사

폐기능검사는 폐의 Ventilatory function을 보는 것으로 2가지 방법으로 측정

Static condition: 특정 상태에서 폐 안에 들어있는 가스의 부피 → 각종 폐용적
Dynamic condition: 폐에서 가스를 배출하는 비율/속도 → FEV1 등
