Hip fracture는 hip capsule을 기준으로 해부학적으로 intracapsular hip fracture와 extracapsular hip fracture로 분류할 수 있습니다.
- intracapsular hip fracture: femoral neck
- extracapsular hip fracture: intertrochanteric or subtrochanteric
