활동성 암(현재 치료를 받고 있거나 이전 6개월 이내 치료를 받은 적이 있는 경우 혹은 완화치료 중인 경우)	1
점수 ≥4: 폐색전증 가능성이 높음 점수 ≤3: 폐색전증 가능성이 낮음 점수가 6점 이상이면 영상 검사결과가 보고될 때까지 헤파린을 투여할 것

임상가능성 평가에서 PE 가능성이 있는 경우 다음 둘 중 하나를 시행
1. 즉각적으로 가슴 CT(폐동맥혈관조영법) 시행
2. 만약 즉각적으로 가슴 CT(폐동맥혈관조영법)을 시행할 수 없는 경우 interim parenteral anticoagulant therapy를 시행한 후 가슴 CT(폐동맥혈관조영법) 시행
만약 가슴 CT(폐동맥혈관조영법) 검사는 음성이지만 DVT가 의심되는 경우에는 proximal leg vein ultrasound 시행 고려

치료방침: 폐색전증

비분획 heparin (unfractionated heparin, UFH) IV/SC, 저분자량 heparin (low-molecular-weight heparin, LMWH) 혹은 fondaparinux으로 치료해야 함
